Delivery rates for local courier within Singapore
The courier rate tables for Normal, Express and Super Urgent services apply to consignments weighing not more than 3 kg and measuring not more than 30cm x 30cm x 3cm.
Readiness of consignments for collection
The consignment must be READY for collection at the time of booking. The charge of service is based on the actual time the consignment is available for collection and not from the time of booking. To illustrate, if the booking is at 9.00am on weekdays to collect at say 3.00pm for courier within the same day, the charges will be based on the 3.00pm collection at which time the SUPER-URGENT rate will apply.
Local courier Surcharges
| Overweight / Oversize | $2 onward for additional kg in excess of 3 kg or for additional cm in excess of 30cm length or 3cm height. Note that the normal rates do not apply to overweight and oversized document as the constraint on motorcycle carriage capacity requires that they need to be deliver as soon as possible. |
| Waiting Time | $2 for every 15 minutes for delivery that require queuing such as permit applications, bank deposits, service to large establishments such as trade expositions, military camps, NUS, shipyards, Changi Air Freight Centre etc. that have large compounds and/or which require courier man to queue for passes etc. |
| Aborted Jobs | 50% of the confirmed charge (if the courier rider or Van/driver has reported to the collection point). |
| 1.0 Hour Service | Additional charge on the Super Urgent rate: |

Discount for Contract Delivery Service
For companies with 55 delivery consignments or more a month or who have an average of 3 delivery covers a day. A 10% discount applies as follows:

** Confirmation in writing need to be done before the reduction applies.
Credit Terms
Credit terms are extended to regular users of our local courier services if the aggregate $ value of the services provide exceeds $50.00 per month. Our invoices are generated at the beginning of the month for services provided in the previous month. Generally, we expect the invoices to be paid within 14 days.
