EXPRESS VAN SERVICES (2 to 4 hours)

Add 20% to the above normal service charge.

SUPER URGENT VAN SERVICES (Less than 2 hours)

Add 40% to the above normal service charge.

GENERAL INFORMATION ON VAN SERVICE

WEIGHT:

The above service charges are for weight up to 30 kgs.

Weight in access of 30 kgs shall be subjected to surcharges as stated below.

MANPOWER:

The above charges are for consignments requiring one manpower only (the van driver). Please inform us if your consignment requires an additional manpower to load and unload. Please see surcharge for manpower as stated below.

COMMENCEMENT OF SERVICE:

Delivery service shall commence from the time of your booking with consignment ready for collection OR from your specified time of collection.

DISCOUNT FOR MULTIPLE-DELIVERIES AND COLLECTIONS

Discount for multiple deliveries (one time collection) or collections from more than one location. Please call 93386002 for discount of up to 40%

RETURN TRIP (2-WAY)

A discount of 10% shall be granted for the return trip using the same van for return with a new load of consignments from the other end without any waiting time.

SURCHARES:

DESCRIPTION SURCHARGE:

Overweight $5.00 per additional 10 kgs in access of 30 kgs.

Oversize $10.00 for load occupying more than half van space but

less than 30 kgs.

Waiting time $5.00 for every 15 minutes.

Large Compound, $10.00 for delivery/collection to/from areas such as:

processing & queuing Changi Cargo Complex, MINDEF Gombak Drive, SAF

Compound, Army Camps, NUS, NTU and other large

compounds.

Extra manpower $20.00 per additional manpower to load and unload.

Delicate & Fragile Goods $110.00 for every load of 5 cartons of goods such as

computers, glasses etc, which require special attention and

care during loading, unloading and traveling because of

considerable risks and longer time involved.
